## Browserless agents (TACTIK AI connector, sign-in required)
- Tools: list_cases, trial_start (DNA-Only or Governed, chosen before Turn 1), trial_turn (max 12 operator turns), trial_debrief (same evidence record as the browser), trial_verify (SHA-256 chain over saved entries).
- Runs are append-only, owned by the signed-in user, rate-limited per user per day.

- Report anything marked "undetermined" as undetermined.
- Sealing, publishing, admin and paid generation are not available to agents.
