By accessing or using TACTIKAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

TACTIKAI is a strategic simulation platform that allows users to practice high-stakes conversations using AI-generated personas. The Platform provides:

• AI-powered persona simulations informed by publicly available information

• Real-time coaching and feedback on communication strategy

• Session debriefs with performance metrics and recommendations

• Team and classroom collaboration modes

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All persona simulations are AI-generated for educational and professional preparation purposes only

• Simulated personas are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any real individual or organization

• Simulation results, scores, and success probabilities are coaching signals — not guarantees of real-world outcomes

• The Platform uses publicly available information to inform persona behavior; no private data is scraped or collected

• AI responses are probabilistic and may not perfectly reflect any real person's actual views or behavior

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, professional purposes. You may NOT use TACTIKAI to:

• Harass, defame, or impersonate real individuals with malicious intent

• Generate content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory

• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the Platform's proprietary technology

• Use simulations to manipulate, deceive, or cause harm to others

• Share or distribute simulation outputs in a way that misrepresents them as real statements by real people

• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls

When you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials

• You retain ownership of your conversations, session data, and uploaded documents

• You grant TACTIKAI a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service

• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time

TACTIKAI and related software, content, design elements, and methodologies are proprietary. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Platform's software or content

• Use TACTIKAI's branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission

• Create derivative works based on the Platform's proprietary technology

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• TACTIKAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated simulations

• We are not liable for decisions made based on simulation results or coaching feedback

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

• We are not responsible for third-party services, integrations, or content

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TACTIKAI, its founder, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
